// Getting to the Game
It takes a long time to get out of the Exhibition Grounds. Are there any alternative parking lots?
Yes, there are several alternative parking lots located in the BMO field vicinity. Additional parking outside of the Exhibition grounds include, Ontario Place, Medieval Times, and Green P Parking in Liberty Village. As always and if possible we recommend taking public transportation. Both the Go Train and the TTC streetcar stop at the Exhibition grounds.

What are the parking rates at the Exhibition?
Parking rates for regular Toronto FC day and evening games this season will be as follows:
- April 19, 2008 to June 30, 2008 - $11 Flat Rate
- July 1, 2008 to August 31, 2008 - $15 Flat Rate ($12 in East Garage)
- September 1, 2008 to October 18, 2008 - $12 Flat Rate

We currently have five (5) different Toronto FC supporter clubs:

Can I bring my beer back to my seat from the Carlsberg Patio?
Absolutely! But please remember that last call for beer happens around the 60th minute. After the 65th minute, you are unable to purchase beer at the concessions. You can continue to purchase beer inside the Carlsberg Patio, however you must finish your beer inside the Carlsberg Patio.
What should I wear to a game?
Show your support for the team by wearing your Toronto FC gear at all the games. If you don't have any Toronto FC gear there are many retailers in the GTA that carry Toronto FC merchandise. You can also visit Center Sports at the Air Canada Centre, Gate 1, 40 Bay Street, Toronto, ON Tel: 416-815-5746.
Are the concession line-ups long?
Sometimes concession line-ups and washroom line-ups can be long especially at half time. Please be patient, the staff at BMO Field try to service everyone in a timely matter.
Can I bring an umbrella into the stadium?
No, unfortunately umbrellas are prohibited in the stadium. For a complete list of prohibited items, please click here.
Can I bring a camera to the game?
Cameras with lenses 75mm or over or other audio visual equipment (eg. video cameras) are not allowed to be brought into the stadium without the appropriate working media credential.
Where is my seat located?
Included with your seat number should be a section number, a row and a seat number. To find you section in the stadium please click here to see the stadium map.
Where is the Carlsberg Patio located?
The Carlsberg Patio is located in the North End of the stadium, close to Gate 1. To learn more about the Carlsberg Patio, click here.
When do I hold my scarf up high?
Generally Season Seat Holders hold their scarves up high during the National Athem, or when a goal is scored, but feel free to hold your scarf up anytime you feel like it, while being mindful of others around you.
What about weather at the games?
Rain or shine, the games will go on at BMO field. If there are thunderstorms in the forecast the game may be called at the discretion of the referee. During the summer months, the sun shines directly on the east side of the stadium so don't forget your sunscreen and sunglasses.
What is a Chip Butty?
A Chip Butty is a popular sandwich in the UK made with white bread, butter and french fries (chips). Chip Butties are more common in the North of England where they were originally considered a working class meal, served in pubs. Supporters of the Sheffield United soccer club sing a popular football chant called "The Greasy Chip Butty" song.

Yes, throughout the season we will have several events where Season Seat Holders can meet the players. Upcoming events will be advertised here.
What can I do with Account Manager?
There are several benefits to using Account Manager, including the ability to forward tickets by email, print your tickets, sell your tickets or purchase additional tickets from other Season Seat Holders. To learn more about Account Manager please click here to view the Account Manager demo.
What is my login and password needed to access Account Manager and Ticket Exchange?
Your login for Account Manager is either your email address or your account number. When you signed up for an account you would have created a password. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Your Password" on the Account Manager Webpage and it will be emailed to you. If you have forgotten both your email address and your password please contact your Account Representative.
What is Ticket Exchange?
The Ticket Exchange is a feature inside of Account Manager that allows Season Seat Holders to buy and sell their seats to and from Season Seat Holders. The seats are sold at face value and credited at the season seat holder price.
How do I print my tickets?
To print your tickets from your account manager, simply forward your ticket to your email address. They will be delivered in a .pdf file format. You can then download the file and print them directly from your computer.
How do I email my tickets?
To email your tickets, simply click on the "forward your tickets" link in your account manager under "Manage Your Tickets". Select the tickets you would like to email by placing a check mark in the box beside the seats. Enter the email address and click forward. Your tickets will be emailed as a .pdf attachment.
How do I sell my tickets to other Season Seat Holders?
To sell your tickets through the Ticket Exchange program simply click "Post My Tickets" in the "Manage Your Tickets" section of the Account Manager. Select the seats you would like to sell by placing a check mark in the box beside the seats. Click on the "Sell" button then agree to the terms and conditions by clicking continue and your seats will be posted on the ticket exchange board. If your tickets are not purchased while on the ticket exchange board then they will be returned to your account 2 hours prior to game time.
Do I get my seats for other BMO Field events?
No. Your season seat package is only for Toronto FC games and Toronto FC related events. BMO Field is a community owned facility, which holds a number of other events. Toronto FC does not have seat licensing, which means that your season seats are not held for you for these other events.
What are the Ticket Office hours?
The ticket office is open 7 days a week. The hours of operation are Monday to Saturday a 9:30am until 6:00pm. Sunday's hours of operation are 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. The tickets office is located at Gate 1, which is the North East corner of the stadium.
When do I get to renew my seats?
The renewal process will begin in mid to late August. As a Season Seat Holder you have the "first right of refusal." SSH always have the first opportunity to repurchase the same seats year in and year out. Your Account Representative will contact you during this period and give you the opportunity to buy your seats for next season.
How do I renew my seats online?
To renew your seats online, simply click the "View / Pay Open Renewal" link located in your account manager under "Invoices".
Do I get first right of refusal?
Yes. When you purchased your season seats, you bought the "first right of refusal" as part of your season ticket package.
How do I upgrade my seats?
The upgrade or "relocation" process will happen after the renewal period. Once all renewals are complete a relocation process, for any SSH wishing to move seats, will take place. The relocation process will be dependent on availability and not all requests can be met.
Can I sell the rights to my seats?
No. As a SSH you do not own the rights to the seats, because there is no seat license at BMO Field. As the SSH holder you will be the primary name on the account and will always be contacted by the Account Representative.
Can I relocate my seats next year?
Yes. This will depend on availability after we complete our season seat renewals in early October. Once all remaining available inventory is determined, the seat relocation event will follow.
How do I find out who my Account Representative is?
If you are unsure who your dedicated Account Representative is, please contact the TFC Goal line at 416-360-4625 and you will be directed to them.
What can my Account Representative do for me?
Your Account Representative is there to answer all of your questions, and solve your problems relating to Toronto FC and BMO Field. You Account Representative is there to help make your season at Toronto FC the best one ever. You can reach your Account Representative by calling 416-360-4625.
How do I update my address?
Should your address change, please be sure to log into Account Manager to update your address. This can be completed by clicking on "Edit Profile" under "Account Settings."
What if I'm not receiving emails?
If you are not receiving emails from Toronto FC please notify your Account Representative. It is possible that the emails are sent straight to your "Junk" folder. If this is the case then you will need to add the following email address to your Safe List. To do this, please follow the instructions below:

What is the rule at the stadium regarding children and tickets required for them?
All children under 2 years of age, based on the date of the game may enter the stadium for free and may share the seat with their parent/guardian. Youth tickets are valid only for children 12 years of age .

With your season seat holder card you receive a 15% discount on Toronto FC merchandise and apparel when you make your purchase at Centre Sports located at the Air Canada Centre..
