U-SECTOR Originally founded in 2000 to support the highest level of professional soccer in the city, U-Sector took its name from Section U, the area of Varsity Stadium the group called home. U-Sector is now based in Section 113 at the south end of BMO Field. The group also boasts many additional members throughout the rest of the supporters section, and throughout the stadium. The goal of U-Sector is to create an atmosphere at Toronto FC games that exceeds any other team in Major League Soccer. Standing, singing, and supporting Toronto FC are what we're about. If you consider yourself to be a hardcore supporter, U-Sector is the group for you. Interested? Check out our website, where you can find the latest news and rumours surrounding Toronto FC as well as a lively message board. If you want to join, head to the site for all of the details. TRIBAL RHYTHM NATION NORTH END ELITE We create our own flags, banners, scarves and shirts, as well as special effects such the giant Toronto FC jersey that was unveiled twice at games in 2007. We sing loudly and coordinate chants in the north end of the stadium. The North End Elite grew out of the bottom rows of section 127 early in 2007 but it quickly spread to other north-end sections and indeed any supporter can become a member. We co-ordinate closely with other Toronto FC fan groups and believe in educating our fellow supporters through our newsletters and website. Friendship and football is what the NEE is all about. Check out our website and forum. |
