Dynamo Charities Donations Guidelines

Dynamo Charities is delighted to provide support to a wide range of charities and community organizations each year to raise funds for worthwhile causes through donations. Depending on the nature and reach of the event, in-kind donations of a Houston Dynamo gift pack are available.

The gift packs include a gift certificate for two (2) people to one (1) upcoming season game (Play-off and International League Games are not included), two (2) team t-shirts, Dynamo memorabilia, player photos, team promotional items, and other merchandise.

Dynamo Charities assists more than 500 organizations annually in this manner. For this reason, we cannot authorize all requests for autographed merchandise.

The following procedures and guidelines are designed to assist you with your donation request. Dynamo Charities will notify organizations of whether their donation request will be accommodated.

• We ask that each organization submit only one request per year in order to accommodate as many groups as possible
• All charitable contributions will be granted only to organizations with 501 (c) (3) status -- no third-party requests
• All requests must be typed and submitted on the organization's official letterhead at least four to six weeks prior to event
• Priorities are given to requests within 70 miles of Houston
• Include the event date and location
• Type of fundraising event/program
• Expected number of attendees
• Event solicitor’s full contact information: name, affiliation, address, phone number, email
• We ask that requests include a return shipping label, FedEx Third party billing information or solicitor must arrange for pick-up
• Donations must be picked-up no later than two (2) weeks after the confirmation of the request has been granted by the Dynamo Charities office
• The Houston Dynamo does not purchase items or make cash donations
