Moments after a 1-0 loss to New York knocked Real Salt Lake out of the race for the MLS Cup, missed opportunities dominated the thoughts of several players in the RSL locker room.
 While Real Salt Lake's season might have come to an abrupt end over the weekend, a pair of the MLS squad's midfielders - Andy Williams and Will Johnson - still have an important contest to take part in this Wednesday, November 19, after being called into the Jamaican and Canadian National Teams, respectively.
 As he witnessed shot after shot clank off either post, Real Salt Lake midfielder Kyle Beckerman couldn't help wondering if some sort of jinx or hex had overtaken his team on the field against New York.
