Online Corporate Group Manager - Manage your group online

Chivas USA has a new option that lets you manage your outings online through a convenient, private, and easy-to-use web account. This program allows you and your group to access your special rate through a secure website.

You can customize guest invitations, track RSVP's, distribute seats electronically, and collect payments online.

It makes it easy for you to manage your group and is a perfect tool for providing employees benefits, sales incentives, client entertainment, and all your needs.

Track RSVPs

A convenient management tool allows you to track how many invitations were sent, which guests have claimed seats, total seats claimed per guest and total remaining seats. And to make sure that all outing is successful you can send additional messages to your guests and easily add more people to your guest list.

Collect Payment

This online tool lets you decide who pays for the seats. If you choose to pay for the outing, you will be able to make the payment directly from your online account. If you choose for your guests to pay, the guest invitation will include the cost and once the seats are obtained, the guest will follow a payment process.

Distribute Seats Online

Guests who choose to attend the event will be emailed the seats directly via TicketFast. The seats will simply need to be printed using any standard printer.

Customize Group Invitations

This tool lets you personalize your invitation for your outing. This tool is great for you to let your guests know the details of your outing and show them that their participation is important.

She began her professional career working at Get Flipped! Inc., a lenticular imaging company based out of Orange, California, as their Assistant Sales and Marketing Director. While working at Get Flipped! Inc. She interned with AEG's Director of Corporate Partnership for Club Deportivo Chivas USA; later she transitioned to a Corporate Marketing Manager with Club Deportivo Chivas USA.

Galo Galvan was born in Central Mexico. His mother and father moved the family of five boys and one sister to the north-shore of Chicago in 1978. He studied International Trade & Finance, and Leadership at DePaul University. He has lived, studied, and worked in Latin America.

He started his professional career contracted as a Financial Representative with The Northwestern Mutual Network. Prior to NFM, He worked in the automotive industry as consultant with Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Land Rover, Chrysler, and Panoz.

In November of 2007 Galo moved from Chicago to Southern California to join the Chivas USA Family.

Clients include: BP Refinery, Watson Land Company, La Fonda on Wilshire, World Promotional Products & Merchandise, Mitsui-Soko, City of San Clemente, and Mid-West Lighting Corp.

Graduate of Brigham Young University, with a Bachelors of Arts in History and a Minor in Business Management.

He began his career in 2004 in the mortgage industry as a consultant with Ameriquest Mortgage and GreenLight Financial. After a short time in Real Estate Development and Investing he later transitioned to the world of professional sports by attending Game Face Inc. executive training. Staying near his hometown of Yorba Linda, CA was important to him; therefore, Chivas USA became a natural fit close to home working in a sport he loves.

Current clients include: Votaw Inc., Barrera Insurance and Tax, Dalton Enterprises, and E! Entertainment.
