Quakes seek to take down hot Crew

The San Jose Earthquakes are opening up their Buck Shaw Stadium for the second successive weekend and have a real challenge ahead, as the MLS overall leader Columbus Crew come calling.

After opening Buck Shaw Stadium last Saturday with a 0-0 tie against FC Dallas, the San Jose Earthquakes play their second straight home game this Saturday, May 10 against the Columbus Crew.

Quakes waiting on offense

One month into the San Jose Earthquakes season, the attacking numbers are sobering. Five games have yielded only two goals. Two impressive home performances have yielded only one point in the standings, with the latest disappointment coming in Saturday's 0-0 tie with FC Dallas.
