Simon Barrow: Obtained a Bachelors of Science in Sports Sciences, and a Masters degree in Sport Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool, UK. Worked within the Academy program at Liverpool FC (English Premier League) as part of an ongoing program to educate players and parents, on the pathway to becoming a professional soccer player. Currently holds his NSCAA Advanced National diploma, and his USSF 'B' License, and has overseen the growth of the Regional Development Schools since October 2005.
Tom Harris: Holds a Bachelors of Science in Applied Sport Science (Biomechanics) from Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool, UK. Has previously worked with Broseley Youth Soccer and Liverpool John Moores University men's soccer program. Played with Wolverhampton Wanders F.C and Walsall F.C (both English Championship) at the youth level and played for Liverpool John Moores University as a freshman. Currently holds his NSCAA Advanced National diploma, USSF 'B' License, and his FA level 2 certificate, and has been coaching on the Regional Development Schools since October 2005.
Johnny McKinstry: Holds a Bachelors of Science in Applied Sport Sciences with Coaching from Northumbria University, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK. Has previously worked as a Player Development Officer for Newcastle United FC (English Premier League) and as a Performance Soccer Coach for the Northumbria University Men's Soccer Program. Currently holds his UEFA 'B' License, and is working towards completion of his UEFA 'A' License. Was named UK Grassroots Coach of the Year in 2006 by Manchester United FC (English Premier League), and has on the Regional Development School coaching staff since September 2007.
Ricky King: Holds a Bachelors of Science in Applied Sports Sciences from the University of Portsmouth, UK. Worked within the Center of Excellence at Oxford United (English Championship), coaching preparing the U10 boys for the full Academy team, and Reading FC (English Championship) Developmental Centers. Is currently working towards his UEFA 'B' License, and has been coaching within the Regional Development School since September 2008.
Simon Muckle: Graduated 2006 from Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool, UK, with a Bachelor of Science in Science and Football, specializing in Childhood and Youth Development. Worked with Newcastle United F.C. Academy (English Premier League) as a trainee sport psychologist looking at coach-player relationships and their impact on player development. Currently holds an FA Level 2 coaching certificate, and NSCAA Advanced Regional, and National Youth Diplomas. Has worked for Red Bull New York training programs since October 2006.
Craig Hutchinson: Holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Sports Studies and Physical Education from the University of York St John, York, UK. Since graduating has spent the last 6 years as a professional soccer coach in the US, most recently as a as a youth development coach at the New England Revolution, and head coach at FC Puma (Massachusetts Youth Premier League). Currently holds the NSCAA National Diploma, Youth Diploma, State Goalkeeping Diploma and FA Level 2. Joined the New York Red Bulls' coaching staff in spring 2008, moving into the RDS at the beginning of 2009.
Dean Wells: Obtained a Certificate in Education at Greenwich University, London, UK in 2005. Played professionally with Southend United FC under Sir Bobby Moore and was a Schoolboy player at West Ham United FC and Arsenal FC from the ages of 12-16. Coached teams within the Academy program at West Ham United FC (English Premier League) and coached several players who are playing in the English Leagues today. Currently holds the UEFA "A" License, FA Youth Coaches Award (17-21 yr olds), and NSCAA National Youth Diploma. Began working on the Red Bulls Training Programs in March 2008, moving into the RDS at the start of 2009.
