For a team that had just 14 available position players against FC Dallas, the Red Bulls fought valiantly. However, in the end, New York fell 2-1 to FCD at Pizza Hut Park. FCD got a pair of goals from Jeff Cunningham, while the Red Bulls' lone tally came from Juan Pablo Angel.
FC Dallas got a pair of goals from Jeff Cunningham two minutes apart, and while Juan Pablo Angel was able to find the back of the net late in the first half, FCD held on for a 2-1 victory Saturday at Pizza Hut Park.
There will be fireworks at Pizza Hut Park on Saturday, but the New York Red Bulls hope to avoid being on the receiving end.
