Welcome or wish that special someone a Happy Birthday or Anniversary in a unique way ... let them see their 'Name in Lights"!

The Los Angeles Galaxy will display "Welcome, Birthday, Wedding, or Anniversary" messages on The Home Depot Center scoreboard at Galaxy home games for a $50.00 donation to the Galaxy Foundation.

To submit a "Name in Lights" request, please comply with the following guidelines:

1. All requests must be received seven (7) business days prior to the specified game.
2. Messages will be approximately 30 characters or less, including spaces and punctuation.
3. The Los Angeles Galaxy has complete editorial control over all content of messages and reserves the right to refuse any request.
4. Requests will not be processed until full payment is received.
5. Once payment is received a confirmation will be faxed or sent.
6. The Los Angeles Galaxy reserves the right to specify which half the message will be displayed.

To display your special message, print out and complete the "Name in Lights" request form. Mail the request form and payment (made payable to the Galaxy Foundation) to:
