Advanced Ticket Sales - Tickets for future Wizards matches may be purchased in the following ways:

  • Ticketmaster outlets, the Ticketmaster Phone Center (816-931-3330) and the Ticketmaster website.
  • At the Wizards Office located at 8900 State Line Road, Leawood, KS 66206 (in-person only).
  • The ticket button at www.kcwizards.com.
  • Future games ticket sales window may be purchased at the Wizards' Ticket office outside Gate B at CommunityAmerica Ballpark during Wizards home games.


Age Restrictions - All guests who have reached their third (3rd) birthday are required to have a ticket for all Wizards home matches. Children under three (3) years of age may sit in a ticket holder's lap, so long as the child does not obstruct the view of others nearby.


Alcoholic Beverage Policies - Guests are required to follow all laws governing the purchase, possession and consumption of alcohol. Guests are responsible for their own drinking, and are expected to drink responsibly. It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure that they have a safe means of transportation when leaving the facility.

There will be a limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages sold to each guest, per purchase. Each guest may possess no more than two (2) alcoholic beverages at any given time. All alcohol sales will end at the 70:00 minute mark during the second half.

At no time may alcohol be brought into the facility by an individual, nor can any alcohol served inside the facility be taken out of CommunityAmerica Ballpark.


ATM - There is an ATM machine located on the west concourse by the Providence Medical First Aid Center.


Banners - Banners, flags and signs are permitted provided the item falls within the following guidelines:

  • Item may not obstruct facility signage.
  • Item may not contain or display any profane, offensive, graphic or obscene language and/or pictures as determined by the Kansas City Wizards.
  • Item may not be taped, glued or secured using an adhesive agent of any kind.
  • The hanging of the item does not in any way damage the stadium walls, paint, railings, glass or any other stadium property.
  • Item may not contain commercial or political messages of any kind.
The decision regarding the admissibility and/or posting of any banner or sign is at the sole discretion of the Kansas City Wizards.

Cauldron - The Cauldron is the name given to the stadium section of guests who stand, sing and cheer throughout every home game. At CommunityAmerica Ballpark, The Cauldron is located in the newly built permanent bleacher areas (Sections 116, 118 and 120). Many (though not all) guests who stand in The Cauldron are affiliated with a supporters' club. All guests, regardless of whether they belong to any of these supporter groups, are welcome to stand in the Cauldron. Seating is general admission within The Cauldron other than areas set aside for season ticket holders. Guests with tickets in reserved sections can choose to stand in The Cauldron (space allowing); guests with tickets for the Grass Berm seating must first pay to upgrade their seating location.


Cellular Phones and Pagers - The use of cellular phones and pagers is permitted at CommunityAmerica Ballpark, provided such use does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game.


Concessions - There are a number of concession stands, both permanent and portable, located on the concourse level of CommunityAmerica Ballpark and operated by the stadium concessionaire, Centerplate. A number of the permanent stands accept credit cards.


Entry to the Field of Play - Any guests attempting to, or actually entering the field of play will be immediately ejected, and may be subject to arrest, prosecution and/or suspension of their ticket privileges.


First Aid - Staffed by trained medical personnel, the first aid station is located on the west side of the stadium behind section 108 in the Providence Medical First Aid Center. In the event of an emergency, please contact a staff member or security personnel and make your way to the first aid room.


Food and Beverage - Fans are not allowed to bring any outside food or beverages into CommunityAmerica Ballpark. This includes birthday cakes.


Gates Open - Unless there is a special event requiring an earlier opening of the gates, all three gates will open one (1) hour prior to the scheduled kick-off time.


Group Outings - A Wizard game is a great opportunity for a group outing for your company or civic group. For group ticket prices and more information, call the Wizards at 913-387-3400.


Lost and Found - During games, items/articles turned in may be claimed at the Providence Medical First Aid Center located on the west side of the stadium. To inquire about lost items after game days, please contact Wizards gameday operations at 913-387-3410.


Lost/Stolen Tickets - Tickets are like money and should be secured at all times. You will be charged face value for any lost or stolen tickets should they need to be replaced.


Lost Children/Companions - The Wizards suggest that a parent or guardian place a ticket stub in their child's pocket to assist staff in locating their parties should they become separated. Kansas City, KS Police, security staff, ushers and management will help in locating a lost child or companion. All concerns should be directed to the Providence Medical First Aid Center located on the west side of the stadium.


Luxury Suites - Luxury suites include air conditioning/heating, a wet bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and accommodate 20 people. Suites may be rented on a per-game basis, for a series of games and for the season, all subject to availability. The Wizards concessionaire (Centerplate) will cater the luxury suite, as the rental price does not include food and beverages. Marketing and Sponsorship - No unapproved marketing will be allowed in or around the stadium, including all parking lots and land adjacent to CommuntyAmerica Ballpark. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Unauthorized distribution of literature, business cards, flyers, handouts of any kind, pamphlets or any other written form.
  • Wearing of clothing in a manner intended to advertise.
  • Possessing banners, flags, signs or posters displaying words or pictures associated with commercial advertising.
  • Any kind of product sampling.
Any item meeting one of the definitions above or any other type of marketing must be approved by the Wizards ahead of time. Requests for approval should be directed to the Kansas City Wizards by calling 913-387-3400.


Parking -

Parking For Full Season Ticket Holders

There are two paved parking lots reserved for season ticket holders located immediately to the west of the stadium: the red lot and the blue lot. The red lot is reserved for premium seat holders and the blue lot reserved for all other season ticket holders along with the media and guests in possession of a handicapped-parking pass. Both lots are accessible from Stadium Parkway. To get to these lots, full season ticket holders are encouraged to approach the stadium as follows:

From the North: Take I-435 South on the Kansas side to Parallel Parkway West (exit #14B) Merge onto Parallel Parkway and continue west until 110th street. Turn left onto 110th street. Now make a left on Stadium Parkway and look for the parking lot entrance on the right.

From the South: Take I-435 North on the Kansas side to State Avenue West (exit #13B) Merge onto State Avenue and continue west until 110th street Turn right onto 110th street. Now make a right on Stadium Parkway and look for the parking lot entrance on the right.

From the East: Take I-70 West to I-435 North on the Kansas side Take I-435 North to State Avenue West (exit #13B) Merge onto State Avenue and continue west until 110th street Turn right onto 110th street. Now make a right on Stadium Parkway and look for the parking lot entrance on the right.

From the West: Take I-70 East to I-435 North on the Kansas side Take I-435 North to State Avenue West (exit #13B) Merge onto State Avenue and continue west until 110th street Turn right onto 110th street. Now make a right on Stadium Parkway and look for the parking lot entrance on the right.

Tailgating is allowed in both season ticket holder lots, which open three (3) hours prior to the kickoff.

Parking for Partial Season Ticket Holders along with Single-Game and Group Tickets

There are several areas in which guests without a season parking pass may park at no charge. These include the following lots:

  • 200 spaces in a gravel lot immediately north of the stadium accessed off Stadium Parkway.
  • 500 spaces in the Legends Parking Garage.
  • 450 spaces in the lot north of TJ Maxx.
  • 800 spaces in the two southernmost lots of Nebraska Furniture Mart.

To get to these lots, guests are encouraged to approach the stadium as follows:

From the North: Take I-435 South on the Kansas side to Parallel Parkway West (exit #14B) Merge onto Parallel Parkway and continue west. Electronic message boards will direct you to the closest available parking lot.

From the South: Take I-435 North on the Kansas side to State Avenue West (exit #13B) Merge onto State Avenue and continue west until Village West Parkway. Turn right onto Village West Parkway. Electronic message boards will direct you to the closest available parking lot.

From the East: Take I-70 West to I-435 North on the Kansas side Take I-435 North to State Avenue West (exit #13B) Merge onto State Avenue and continue west until Village West Parkway. Turn right onto Village West Parkway. Electronic message boards will direct you to the closest available parking lot.

From the West: Take I-70 East to I-435 North on the Kansas side Take I-435 North to State Avenue West (exit #13B) Merge onto State Avenue and continue west until Village West Parkway. Turn right onto Village West Parkway. Electronic message boards will direct you to the closest available parking lot.

For guests who park in the TJ Maxx and Nebraska Furniture Mart parking lots the Wizards will operate a free courtesy shuttle beginning at least two (2) hours prior to kickoff and continuing for sixty (60) minutes following the conclusion of the match. The shuttle buses will run approximately every 15 minutes and include one with space for wheelchair and other special transportation needs. As these lots are all on private property, tailgating is not permitted. Per Kansas City, Kansas regulations, alcoholic consumption is not permitted in any of these lots. The Wizards strongly encourage you to read the stadium policies and procedures before boarding the bus so that you do not have to return to your vehicle to stow a prohibited item.

As a reminder food and coolers are not allowed inside CommunityAmerica Ballpark and there is no place to store these items in or around the stadium. At no time is a grill or other cooking device allowed on the shuttle buses.

Unified Government and Kansas City, Kansas regulations prohibit street parking along Stadium Parkway and Village West Parkway.

Please note: There is no soccer match-related parking allowed in the lots that serve Target and JC Penney. In order to maintain enough parking for their customers, violators are subject to being towed so please help us maintain good relations with both retailers by respecting this procedure.


Photography - Wizards fans are welcome to bring still photo cameras into the stadium and may take photographs from their seats during the game. However, any resale of the photograph for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. The team name, logos and player likenesses are all copyrighted material. Tripods and camera lenses greater than six (6) inches in length are not permitted in the ballpark without a media credential. Video cameras are not permitted without an appropriate media credential.


Smoking Policy - There is no smoking allowed in the stands or around the concourse. There are designated smoking corrals outside each gate.


Stadium Re-Entry - There is no re-entry once a guest leaves the stadium, and to gain entrance to the stadium after leaving will require the purchase of another ticket. If special circumstances such as a medical emergency require leaving the stadium, please see Customer Service, located in the Providence Medical First Aid Center on the west side of the stadium.


Strollers - Strollers are allowed into CommunityAmerica Ballpark. When not in use, the stroller should be able to fit underneath your seat and be clear of all aisles.


Tailgating - Tailgating is welcomed and encouraged in the red and blue lots only, provided that no spaces are used in the set-up of the tailgate. Tailgating is not permitted in any of the Village West parking lots.


Will Call Window - Tickets left in will call may be claimed at the Wizards' ticket office at CommunityAmerica Ballpark beginning three (3) hours prior to the game and continuing through halftime. Guests must have proper identification to pick up tickets.
