Pizza Hut Park Policies and Procedures
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol may not be brought into or out of Pizza Hut Park. Texas law provides that you must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Within the Stadium, the sale of beer is limited to two per customer, per purchase, with all sales ceasing at the 75th minute of play. Upon request, each guest may be asked to present valid identification at the time of purchase. No alcohol will be sold to intoxicated guests and we reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at our discretion. If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly.

Banner/Flag Policy
Banners brought into the Stadium are encouraged provided they are not commercial, offensive, or in poor taste. Banners may not obstruct the view of any guests, Stadium or Soccer Park signage, or present any safety hazards. You may hold your banner high however for safety reasons, you may not attach it to a pole of any kind. These banners may be draped over the field wall for display. Pizza Hut Park reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any sign which it deems offensive and inappropriate in nature or message.

Broadcast
All FC Dallas matches will broadcast all games in Spanish on La Ranchera 1540 AM. Also, throughout the 2008 season the following TV stations will broadcast FC Dallas matches during the season: ESPN2, Fox Soccer Channel, HDNet, Telefutura, Galavision, KFWD Channel 52 and MLS Direct Kick. Check local listings for the carrier on a particular match.

Cameras/Video Equipment
Cameras with lenses that are five inches in length or more are prohibited at all events inside the stadium at Pizza Hut Park unless accompanied by approved media credentials. Video cameras are also prohibited inside the stadium, unless specifically approved in advance. The event producer has the right to determine variations to these policies. Concerts typically do not permit ANY camera or recording devices. Guests may contact Pizza Hut Park in advance of an event to find out the policy (214.705.6700).

Concessions
Pizza Hut Park has 10 permanent concession stands and plenty of portable concession kiosks throughout the stadium. Concession stands are operated by Sodexo Sports & Leisure. They offer a wide assortment of specialty foods, such as, Pizza Hut Pizza, chicken wings by Wing Street, Barbeque, and Mexican food. There are also plenty of your fan favorites like, hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, soda and beer. You may use cash and/or credit cards at the fixed concessions locations and cash only at the portables.

Drum and Drumstick Policy
Drums are permitted provided they do not feature language or graphics that are commercial, offensive, or in poor taste. Drums must be placed on the lap of the ticketed spectator. Drums may not obstruct the view of any guests, Stadium signage, or present any safety hazards. Pizza Hut Park will only allow 'mallet' style drumsticks (drumsticks with a big soft round head). Pizza Hut Park reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any drum or marching mallet at any time.

Emergency Evacuation
In the unlikely event that an emergency situation would require the Stadium to be evacuated, instructions will be relayed via the public address system. If such circumstances arise then please remain calm, use common sense and follow any instructions as they are announced. In the event that the PA system is unavailable, please proceed toward the nearest Pizza Hut Park employee for further instruction.

Fan Decorum
No illegal drugs may be brought onto Pizza Hut Park. Fans observed breaking local laws are subject to ejection from the property and criminal prosecution. Fans using loud, obscene, or abusive language or engaging in any other conduct that is detrimental to the social environment of enjoying a public event will be asked to cease their conduct, and may be subject to ejection from Pizza Hut Park if the conduct is deemed as overly offensive. Examples of this type of conduct include intoxication, throwing objects of any kind onto the field, unruly behavior, use of profane or abusive language, inappropriate dress (shirts and shoes are required within the Stadium and offensive or suggestive attire is not permitted), standing in the seating aisles or on the seats, violation of local, state or federal law, behavior deemed objectionable by the FC Dallas staff, or any behavior that infringes upon other fans’ ability to enjoy the game.

Field Access Policy
Stadium guests are not permitted access to the playing field at any time unless they have the necessary credentials or tickets. Anyone entering the field without proper credentials will be subject to removal from the Stadium and arrest.

First Aid
If you require medical assistance within the Stadium then please contact the nearest security personnel or proceed to the First Aid station located in the Northeast building by the FC Dallas team store. For certain events within the Soccer Park, a Baylor First Aid Station will be operational and is located in the center of the park at the Dr Pepper Victory Center. Date and times of operation of this Center will vary, depending upon the events taking place within the park. In 2006, Baylor Rehabilitation Systems will also offer a full-scale rehabilitation center located at the northwest end of the Stadium (southwest end of the Soccer Park), and will be open during normal business hours as well as Saturdays.

Handicap Parking Policy
Handicap parking spaces are available in each parking lot on a first come, first served basis. Pizza Hut Park meets all ADA requirements.

Lost & Found
If you find an item that is not yours, please take it to Guest Services. If you have lost something then please check with Guest Services to see if it has been turned in. Guest Services center is located in the Northeast building by the FC Dallas team store and will be open from gate opening to thirty minutes after event end time.

Lost Children
FC Dallas suggests that a parent/guardian place a ticket stub inside a child's pocket or sock to assist Pizza Hut Park staff in locating a child's group in the event of separation. Separated children and parents should contact the nearest Pizza Hut Park employee or go to Guest Services located in the Northeast building by the FC Dallas team store.

Pamphlet/Vendors Policy
Guests are not allowed to hand out pamphlets, advertisement brochures, etc. to other guests while on the property of Pizza Hut Park, without prior written approval from FC Dallas. No vendor is permitted to sell merchandise of any kind or food of any kind, or anything else while on the property of Pizza Hut Park without prior written approval from FC Dallas.

Parking Policy
Pizza Hut Park parking lots open two (2) hours prior to kickoff. For all FC Dallas Matches parking will be free. Reserved season parking customers must enter the appropriate lot at the entrance indicated on their parking pass and follow the directions given by the parking attendants. For more information on obtaining season or individual game reserved parking, please contact Pizza Hut Park Box Office at 1-888-FCD- GOAL. Parking for PHP events is permitted only in designated parking lots. Anyone parking in areas other than designated lots will be ticketed. For all other Pizza Hut Park parking information please contact FC Dallas at 214.705.6700 prior to arrival of the event.

Pets
Service animals (i.e. guide dogs) are the only pets allowed into Pizza Hut Park and Pizza Hut Park complex.

Player Autograph Policy
We encourage fans to interact with players and politely ask for autographs during designated and appropriate times. Fans are encouraged to make their way down to autograph alley, the front row of the west stands at the conclusion of the match. Players are most likely to spend time autographing items immediately following the game. Pre-match and during the match are not appropriate times to ask for autographs.

Prohibited Items
FC Dallas, in conjunction with Frisco law enforcement officials, are dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment in which to enjoy events at Pizza Hut Park. Police officers are stationed near each entrance gate and all persons entering the Stadium are subject to search and questioning. Full cooperation with the authorities is appreciated and will help speed the progression of the lines. No bottles, cans, coolers, containers, food or beverages of any kind, powdered substances, televisions or professional cameras/equipment, or bags larger than 12" x 12" x 12" may be brought into Pizza Hut Park. No air horns, whistles, seat cushions with backs, fireworks, smoke bombs, slingshots, firearms, knives (including pocket knives), or any other weapons may not be brought into Pizza Hut Park. Anyone with an item that does not pass security measures will be asked to either take the item back to their vehicle or dispose of it before entering Pizza Hut Park. Purses, backpacks, fanny packs, diaper bags or any other bags may be brought into the Stadium, but will be searched at the bag inspection area. Please be aware that prohibited items policies and security parameters may be modified from time-to-time as security levels change.

Re-Entry Policy
FC Dallas Matches: There is a no re-entry policy in place for FC Dallas games. Exception: for safety reasons due to inclement weather, fans may seek safety in their vehicles.
Other Stadium Events: Re-Entry policies may vary for other stadium events. Please contact the FC Dallas office for special event policies.

Re-Sale of Tickets
It shall be unlawful for any person to resell or offer to resell a ticket to an event in any city right-of-way, city property, or property owned, leased, or managed by the event sponsor. All violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in the Stadium seating areas or along the railing overlooking the seating bowl, club, suites or restrooms. Smoking areas are designated by signs on the concourse.

Strollers
Strollers are permitted for younger children. As a safety measure we ask that you check the stroller stroller in at Guest Services located in the Northeast building by the FC Dallas team shop and will be open from gate opening to thirty minutes after event end time.

Tailgating Policy
Pre-match tailgating is permitted as long as it is conducted in a safe and respectful manner and does not disrupt other fans, interfere with normal parking procedures or extend into additional spaces. Outside food companies are not permitted to deliver catering orders for tailgate activities. All tailgating activities must comply with proper fan decorum. Grills are allowed. No open flames allowed.

Ticketing Policy
During the regular season, tickets for all FC Dallas home matches may be purchased by calling (888) FCD-GOAL (323-4625), online at www.fcdallas.net, or at the FC Dallas Ticket offices, , located in the North Box Office at the Stadium. Tickets may also be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or charge by phone by calling (214) 373-800 or Metro (972) 647-5700. All Sales Final/ No Refunds. For FC Dallas matches, children ages 2 and under are not required to have a ticket for admission but must sit on the lap of a ticketed guardian. For other Stadium events, ticketing policies may vary. Please contact FC Dallas offices for special event policies. Tickets may also be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or charge by phone by calling (214) 373-800 or Metro (972) 647-5700.

Umbrellas
Umbrellas may NOT be brought into the stadium due to obstruction to other fans and safety concerns. In the event of inclement weather, guests are encouraged to bring appropriate apparel such as raincoats, pullovers or ponchos.

Wheelchair Seating
Pizza Hut Park contains seats for wheel chairs as well as seats for companions. Wheelchair accommodations are available within each price level with wheelchair access in designated restrooms, ticket windows, and concession stands. For all ADA patrons that have purchased tickets on the floor for concerts at Pizza Hut Park, please enter at the East Gate and a Pizza Hut Park employee will be happy to escort you to your seat.

Will Call Policy
Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window located at the North Box Office building. For all concerts at Pizza Hut Park, Will Call will be located at the South Box office. The north entrance and the North Box office will be closed to guest access.
