The "Road to the MLS Cup" officially kicked off in Dallas on Thursday, Sept. 14 with the unveiling of the 2006 MLS Cup Trophy at Tiffany & Co in the Galleria Dallas. Known as the "Alan I. Rothenberg Trophy," in honor of the first chairman of Major League Soccer, the MLS Cup will begin a 50-day MLS Cup Trophy Tour that will conclude on Sunday, Nov. 12 with the 2006 MLS Cup championship game, which will be played for the second consecutive year at the home of FC Dallas - Pizza Hut Park in Frisco, Texas (Live on ABC Sports - 2:30 p.m. CT).
