Season Ticket Exchange Program
- What is the Ticket Exchange Program?The program is an exclusive Season Ticket Holder benefit to Gold and Black level members, in which unused game tickets can be exchanged for specific future Crew regular season home games. This benefit allows you to retain the value of your season tickets even if you occsionaly have to miss a game. Season tickets can only be exchanged one time. Once a ticket is exchanged, it cannot be re-exchanged.
- How do I exchange unused tickets?You can mail your unused tickets to the Crew Ticket Office (Columbus Crew, Attn: Ticket Office, One Black & Gold Blvd. Columbus,OH 43211) with a note indicating the future Crew home game(s) for which you'd like to exchange the tickets. Please be sure to include your name, mailing address and Crew account number.
- If I mail in my tickets for exchange, when will I receive my new tickets?Tickets that are received by the Crew Ticket Office within 10 days prior to the requested game will be held at Will Call under the primary name on the Season Ticket account (unless otherwise specified) and can be claimed with a photo ID after 10 a.m. on the day of the game. Will Call is located at the southwest corner of the stadium. Tickets received in advance will be mailed to the address included.
- May I exchange tickets at the Crew office?The Crew Ticket office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. We will be happy to handle your tickets exchanges during these hours. Tickets can also be exchanged on the day of the game at any ticket booth.
- Where will my exchanged seated be located?Tickets may be exchanged for tickets of equal or lesser value. New tickets are issued, unless requested otherwise, as close as possible to your current seats. Tickets are issued in the same price category unless the category is sold out, in which case seats will be placed in the next best category. All ticket exchanges are subject to availability.
- Are there any games for which I cannot exchange my unused tickets?Yes. Unused tickets may not be exchanged for tickets to games on March 28, April 25, July 4, August 15, September 26 and October 25, or to Special Games A, B, or C.
- Can tickets be exchanged multiple times?No. Tickets may only be exchanged once. Once a ticket is exchanged, it cannot be re-exchanged.
- Can I exchange my unused parking passes?Parking passes can be exchanged, but must be exchanged in advance of the game that you will be unable to attend. Parking passes cannot be exchanged for games that have already been played.
