Personal Crew Highlight - I have three:

• Being able to make trustworthy relationships within the Hispanic Community and how we are seeing more passionate Hispanic fans enjoy our games and make the Crew their team
• My contributions in the creation of La Turbina Amarilla and their evolution
• Becoming an assistant coach and then being in charge of my first reserve game as head coach and winning it.

Personal Crew Highlight - Opening Day 2008. Watching the team come together for the first home win and then going over to the supporters section and the fantasy seats to thank the fans.

If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be and why? San Diego, CA- Perfect weather and unlimited golf courses.

People say I look like - Prince Harry

Personal Crew Highlight - Seeing the supporters section grow game by game and watching the players salute the crowd after every game.

If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be and why? I would go to Bali, Indonesia because my co-worker Avin will not stop talking about it. Apparently, they have great beaches, good drinks and beautiful sunsets. If not there, then defiantly Manchester, England to watch Manchester United beat Liverpool FC.

People say I look like - My co-workers say Mr. Bean, but I personally think I look a lot more like Fabio or David Copperfield.

If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be and why? New York City because two of my best friends live there and I like the fast paced culture.

If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be and why? Bali, Indonesia - Because it is the greatest place in the world and so I could sit on the beach, sip on cocktails, go body boarding and eat Nasi Goreng.

Personal Crew Highlight - Seeing my son's face after opening game 2008 - He thought he would never get to be part of a group of supporters like that other than in D.C.

If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be and why? Jarvis Brook, Sussex, England. It is where my family is and where I have some of my best memories as a child.

Personal Crew Highlight - It's a tie: The team having the best start in franchise history at the beginning of the 2008 season. Having a German speaking coach AND technical director.

If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be and why? Marbella, Spain - great beaches and weather, good wine, nice cars.

Personal Crew Highlight - Tailgating with my Grandpa, Dad and brother Mitch before the first game at Crew Stadium. Having a place to call Home.

Personal Crew Highlight - Home Opener 2008 -Running along the north endline for Moreno's goal (as seen in numerous TV replays). The start of Crew Stadium becoming a place that no one wants to have to come to play in.

If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be and why? Scotland - World class soccer, beer, golf and hiking.

Personal Crew Highlight - Home Opener 2008 vs. TFC. New season, new fans, new team. Great way to kick off a new season, especially watching our Supporters Section go crazy and sending more than 2,000 TFC fans home with a loss.

If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be and why? San Diego. Beautiful weather year round, laid back lifestyle and the OCEAN.
