The Regional Development School (RDS) is pleased to announce the inaugural residential training program for the summer of 2008. This exclusive program will be held at the Lake Forest Academy, IL. This fantastic location offers first class training facilities in an environment where players can thrive from being exposed to the RDS curriculum.

This is a fantastic opportunity for all young soccer players to participate in an advanced residential training week. The curriculum will enhance player's technical, tactical, physical and mental attributes. In addition to field sessions, players will take part in theoretical workshops focusing on subjects such as nutrition, fitness and team work.

Typical Daily Schedule

Players attending the Residential Development School will experience a wide range of topics that cover all aspects of the game.

Defending 1v1 and 2v2
Speed / Agility & Quickness Training

Age Group 1: 9- 10 yrs
Age Group 2: 11- 12 yrs
Age Group 3: 13- 14 yrs
Group Coaching ratio = 1:12. Camper supervision ratio 1:6
