Q. Which games are included in my Half Season (Ten-Game) Ticket Package and how can I exchange them for other games?

A. The games included in this package are:

Half Season Ticket Holders may exchange unused Season Tickets to select home games. Exchange dates are April 20 vs. Kansas City Wizards at 2:00 PM, June 28 vs. San Jose Earthquakes at 7:30 PM, and September 6 vs. New York Red Bulls at 7:30 PM. Q. What Bonus Games are included in my Season Ticket Package?

A.Your Season Ticket Package includes Bonus Games: Four (4) Bonus Games for Full Season Ticket Holders and one (1) Bonus Game for Half Season Ticket Holders.

These Bonus Games are for specific Chicago Fire matches not yet announced when the ticket booklets are mailed out to you. The date and opponent for each specific Bonus Game is determined by the Fire Front Office. Season Ticket Holders do not get to select which match Bonus Game tickets can be used for.

Season Ticket Holders will receive an announcement via various formats, including email, every time a Bonus Game in their ticket package is announced. Season Ticket Holders do not need to "redeem" Bonus Game tickets for tickets with the game date on them. The designated Bonus Game ticket you have is your ticket for the match and the bar code on that ticket will scan in at the gate for the game selected by the Fire. Bonus games cannot be exchanged.

Q. For which games can I redeem my Flex Plan vouchers?

A. The vouchers are only valid for the 2008 season and are not valid for doubleheaders, international games, playoff games and blackout dates. For the best seat location, send your vouchers to Chicago Fire Soccer, 7000 S. Harlem Ave., Bridgeview, IL 60455, ATTN: Chicago Fire Ticket Office as soon as you know the games you wish to attend.

A maximum of four (4) vouchers may be redeemed for the Thursday, September 25th game vs. LA Galaxy. Redemption for this match must be done in advance and the deadline to order is May 30, 2008.

Q. Can I redeem my vouchers for Fire exhibition games?

A.You will be notified by email if a Chicago Fire exhibition game is added to the schedule and if flex vouchers will be accepted. If we do not have a valid email address, please contact Season Ticket Services at 708-496-6800 to update your address.

Q. How do I redeem my vouchers?

A. Once you have decided which game or games you wish to attend, simply tear out the number of vouchers (one voucher per seat) and choose one of the following three redemption procedures:

1. Take them to the TOYOTA PARK Ticket Office Monday through Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 p.m. located at TOYOTA PARK, 7000 S. Harlem Ave Bridgeview, IL 60455.

2. Mail your vouchers to the Chicago Fire Ticket Office located at TOYOTA PARK, 7000 S. Harlem Ave Bridgeview, IL 60455 and include your completed Flex Voucher Redemption Form. If vouchers are received within seven days of the selected game, tickets may be picked up at will-call at TOYOTA PARK on the day of the game. Please bring a valid photo ID.

3. Redeem your vouchers on game day at any ticket window (subject to availability).

Flex vouchers CANNOT be redeemed at Ticketmaster Outlets or over the phone through Ticketmaster. Vouchers may not be redeemed over the phone through the Chicago Fire Ticket Office.

Q. What is the Flex Plan exchange and refund policy?

A. Vouchers that have been redeemed for tickets may not be exchanged or refunded.

Q. How can I purchase additional Flex vouchers?

A. As a special offer to Flex Plan Season Ticket Holders, books of ten will be available at a discount. If you need to purchase an additional booklet of ten ticket vouchers the cost would be:

Q. What should I do if my tickets are lost or stolen?

A.If you lose, destroy or have your Season Tickets stolen, please call the Season Ticket Services department at 708-496-6800 and your tickets will be reprinted. Should Season Tickets be lost, destroyed, or stolen on game day, please visit the Customer Service windows inside Gate D. Only the original person that ordered the tickets will be issued.reprinted Season Tickets. In the event someone uses your lost or stolen tickets at the stadium, he/she will be ejected from TOYOTA PARK and will not be permitted to re-enter in any way.

If you happen to lose your tickets that were ordered through Ticketmaster, please contact Ticketmaster at 312-559-1212. Should you lose your tickets that were purchased through the TOYOTA PARK Ticket Office, please call 708-594-7700. Please note that there is no guarantee that tickets can be reprinted. Please understand that tickets that are purchased in cash or tickets that are purchased from a third party and/or a non-authorized ticket selling agent of the Fire and TOYOTA PARK can never be replaced. Season Tickets which are lost or stolen can be reprinted by contacting Season Ticket Services Department at 708-496-6800.

Q. How can I change the address on my account?

A. To request a change, the Season Ticket holder of record must submit the new information and six-digit account number in writing (on company letterhead if applicable) to:

Q. How will I know if my tickets will be placed at Will Call?

A.Tickets will be left at Will Call if order is received 7 days or less before the game date. Flex plan holders redeeming vouchers via mail will receive a phone call or e-mail from Season Ticket Services if the vouchers are placed at Will Call.

Q. Can I leave tickets for others at Will Call?

A. Yes. You may drop them off at the Ticket Office in advance of the game date if you are in possession of the tickets. If you are purchasing them from Season Ticket Services via the telephone, you may request they be put at Will Call at that time. You may also select to use the ticket forwarding option online through Ticketmaster's Account Manager feature.

It is important that the name you leave the tickets under matches the name on the photo identification that will be brought when the tickets are picked up on game day.

Q. If I am picking up tickets at Will Call, what type of identification do I need?

A. In order to pick up your tickets, you will need to present your valid state (if a resident of the United States) or government issued (if a resident of Canada or other country) photo ID, driver's license or passport. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature.

The Ticket Office will not release tickets if the name on the ID does not match the name the tickets have been left under at Will Call or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets.

Q. What is the exchange policy for Season Tickets for 2008?

A. Full Season Ticket Holders may exchange unused Season Tickets for any regular season Chicago Fire home game excluding doubleheaders, international, playoff games and blackout dates.

Ten Game Season Ticket Holders may exchange unused Season Tickets to selected home games. Exchange dates are April 20 vs. Kansas City Wizards at 2:00 p.m., June 28 vs. San Jose Earthquakes at 7:30 PM, and September 6 vs. New York Red Bulls at 7:30 p.m.

Unused tickets may not be exchanged for the September 25 match vs. the Los Angeles Galaxy. However, Full and Half Season Ticket Holders may purchase one (1) additional seat for this game per seat in your account. Example, if you have two (2) seats in your account you may purchase two (2) additional tickets at full price.

Exchange must be in advance only, one week prior to the game you are attending. Please understand that we must adhere to this policy.

Once a Season Ticket is exchanged, it cannot be re-exchanged.

Seat locations for exchange tickets will be seated as close as possible to your Season Ticket location. Seat locations for exchange tickets are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Full Season Ticket Holders must use the Full Season Ticket Exchange Form and Half Season Ticket Holders must use the Half Season Ticket Exchange Form.

Q. What is the exchange policy for parking passes?

A. If a Season Ticket Holder has purchased a Full or Half Season Parking Booklet, parking passes from that booklet may be exchanged via mail utilizing the appropriate exchange form listed in the aforementioned question at least one week prior to the game for which you like the new pass so there is ample time to mail the new pass. Individually pre-purchased dated parking passes (not from a booklet) are non-exchangeable.

Q. How do I purchase additional tickets for an individual game?

A. Season Ticket Holders may contact Season Ticket Services at 708-496-6800 at least 48 hours prior to the game you want to attend to purchase additional tickets for individual games or purchase them at the TOYOTA PARK Ticket Office during normal Ticket Office Hours. Tickets are based on availability. The deadline to purchase additional tickets for the Fire vs. LA Galaxy match on September 25 is May 20, 2008.

Q. What is the cost for Season Ticket Holders to purchase additional individual game tickets?

A. Full and Half Season Ticket Holders can purchase additional single game tickets up to 48 hours in prior to a game by calling Season Ticket Services at 708-496-6800 at a $2.00 discount per ticket. Tickets are based on availability.

Additional tickets purchased for the Fire vs. Los Angeles Galaxy match on September 25 do not qualify for this discount. Full and Half Season Ticket Holders may purchase one (1) additional seat for this game per seat in your account at full price. Example, if you have two (2) seats in your account you may purchase two (2) additional tickets at full price. Deadline to purchase extra tickets for the Fire vs. Galaxy match is May 30, 2008.

Q. If I purchase extra individual game seats through the Chicago Fire, where will they be located?

A.Unless you request otherwise, we locate additional tickets purchased for individual games as close to the Season Ticket holder's seats as we can based on availability at the time of purchase and the price level of the additional tickets purchased. The sooner you purchase these additional tickets, the more likely we are to locate them close to your season seat location.

Q. How many extra tickets can I purchase for the Chicago Fire home game vs. the Los Angeles Galaxy on September 25?

A.Full and Half Season Ticket Holders may purchase one (1) additional seat for this game per seat in your account. Example, if you have two (2) seats in your account you may purchase two (2) additional tickets at full price. Discounted tickets are not available for this game. Deadline to purchase extra tickets for the Fire vs. Galaxy match is May 30, 2008.
