To that end, Toyota Park and the Chicago Fire have implemented the following ticket policy with respect to wheelchair and companion seating to ensure compliance with the ADA as well as Illinois state accessibility mandates. I. Season Tickets The Fire shall make season tickets for wheelchair and companion seating locations for all Fire regular season games played at Toyota Park available for purchase by wheelchair users and companions, or by other persons with disabilities who require such seating as a reasonable accommodation, through all methods available to, to the same extent as and in the same manner that they are made available to non-disabled users. As of the effective date of this policy, the Fire may only sell wheelchair and companion seating locations to wheelchair users and their companions, or to other persons with disabilities who require such seating as a reasonable accommodation, except that the Fire may offer for sale to the rest of the general public unsold wheelchair and companion season ticket seating locations in a ticket category after all tickets for seating, other than wheelchair and companion and seating locations, available for sale in that ticket category have been sold. Any non-disabled season ticket holder who has purchased seats located in a wheelchair and companion seating area either before this policy took place or after all tickets in that ticket category had been sold shall not have an automatic right to renew his or her license for those seats in the following year and may be relocated by the Fire if necessary to accommodate wheelchair users in the following year. The Fire shall retain a representative selection of tickets for available wheelchair and companion seating locations for the purpose of making those seating locations available for use by wheelchair users and companions, or to other persons with disabilities who require such seating as a reasonable accommodation, on an individual-game basis in accordance with this ticketing policy. I. Ticket Packages The following policies will apply to any tickets sold as part of ticket packages. The Fire shall make tickets packages for wheelchair and companion seating locations for all Fire preseason and regular season games played at Toyota Park available for purchase by wheelchair users and their companions, or by other persons with disabilities who require such seating as a reasonable accommodation, through all methods available to, to the same extent as and in the same manner that they are made available to non-disabled users. The Fire shall permit wheelchair users, or other persons with disabilities who require such seating as a reasonable accommodation, to purchase up to one (1) companion seat per wheelchair seat for each individual game (subject to availability) included as part of the ticket package in the designated wheelchair area. Subject to availability, such companion seat(s) shall be located adjacent to the wheelchair user. Additional companion seats greater than the one allowed above may be purchased on the same terms available to non-disabled users purchasing wheelchair seating that are set forth below. The Fire may only sell the wheelchair and companion seating locations provided at Toyota Park that are included as part of the ticket package to wheelchair users and companions, or to other persons who require such seating as a reasonable accommodation, except that Fire may offer for sale to rest of general public unsold wheelchair and companion seating locations contained in the ticket packages no earlier than the times set forth on the following schedule:
