Don't want to miss the next four-goal performance by Houston Dynamo's Brian Ching or FC Dallas striker Carlos Ruiz's next bicycle kick? For less than $20, you can watch a season's worth of MLS action.
MLSnet.com has unveiled MLSLIVE.tv, a new online video service that allows fans to watch nearly all televised MLS matches throughout the 2006 regular season and MLS Cup Playoffs for only $19.95. Blackout restrictions apply.
In addition to the season-long pass, MLSnet.com offers a "day ticket" for just $3.95. Fans who purchase the "day ticket" will be able to watch all games for 24 hours from the time of purchase. Furthermore, fans who want to listen to their favorite games online can subscribe to MLSnet.com MatchDay Audio and listen to all available webcasts for only $4.95 for the entire season. Audio webcasts will be available in both Enlgish and Spanish on a market-by-market basis.
In the event MLSLIVE.tv subscribers miss the live stream of a particular match, their package includes on-demand access to all archived 2006 matches. Likewise, MLSnet.com MatchDay Audio subscribers can listen to any archived 2006 match at their leisure.
Each week, the MLSnet.com MatchCenter Live grid will inform fans which games can be seen or heard online. Due to blackout restrictions, games that air on ESPN, ESPN2, ABC or exclusively on HDNet will not be available via MLSLIVE.tv.
Many of MLSnet.com's most popular audio and video features, game highlight packages, top plays, breaking press conferences and the Sierra Mist Goal of the Week candidates and winner, will be available free of charge.
Subscribers will need, at minimum, a DSL connection to view MLSLIVE.tv, in addition to Windows Media Player Series 9 or later. In the event of technical difficulties, subscribers can take advantage of 24-hour customer support for MLSLIVE.tv and MLSnet.com MatchDay Audio by emailing customerservice@website.mlsnet.com or calling 877-557-3774.
