Hyndman named FC Dallas head coach
Former SMU coach to be introduced at press conference Tuesday

FRISCO, Texas -- FC Dallas General Manager Michael Hitchcock announced today that Schellas Hyndman has been hired as the team's head coach. Hyndman replaces Steve Morrow, who was relieved of his coaching duties on May 21.
Hitchcock will introduce Hyndman to the media at a press conference on Tuesday, June 17 at Pizza Hut Park.
Hyndman joins FC Dallas after 31 seasons as a college head coach, the past 24 as the head coach of nearby Southern Methodist University (SMU).
