Q. What is Match Center?

A. Match Center is the live and on-demand online broadband video subscription service from Major League Soccer and MLSnet.com. Match Center will allow you to watch all televised MLS regular and postseason matches as they happen straight from your computer screen. Matches televised nationally on ESPN, ESPN2, Fox Soccer Channel, Fox Sports en Espaņol or TeleFutura will not be available for live viewing as part of Match Center. All MLS regular season games will be available for on-demand viewing as part of Match Center.

Can't watch a particular match live? No problem. With Match Center you can watch any archived 2009 match at your leisure.


Q. How much does it cost?

A. For $19.95, you can watch LIVE and ON-DEMAND matches from the entire 2009 MLS regular season and playoffs from March 21 - October 26, 2009. Blackout restrictions apply.

You can also purchase an Match Center Day Ticket for $4.95, which will allow you to watch all live games for 24 hours from the time of purchase.


Q. What is Match Center Audio?

Match Center Audio is the new live and on-demand online audio subscription service from Major League Soccer and MLSnet.com. For $4.95 you will be able to listen to live and archived audio broadcasts in both English and Spanish throughout the entire 2009 MLS regular season and playoffs for select matches. Audio feeds are subject to availability. Please consult the Match Center Live grid for audio availability (http://www.mlsnet.com/mls/sights/index.jsp?club=mls).


Q. At what speed does Match Center stream games? What kind of connection will I need to watch games online?

A. All Match Center games are available in 400K and 800K streams, which require, at minimum, a DSL connection to view properly. We suggest a cable modem connection for the best viewing.

Match Center does not support dial-up connections.


Q. What happens if I can't get Match Center to work on my computer?

A. We have 24-hour customer support available for Match Center and Match Center Audio. You can either email us at customerservice@website.mlsnet.com or call 877-557-3774.


Q. Which Media Player do I need to watch Match Center?

A. To watch Match Center event feeds, you need the Windows Media Player Series 9, or later. Match Center will load inside the official MLSnet.com media player and will automatically check for the appropriate software to watch your chosen broadcast. If after reading the technical support pages you are still having problems viewing the feed, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.


Q. What games are available on Match Center?

A. Nationally televised games on ESPN, ESPN2, Fox Soccer Channel, Fox Sports en Espaņol or TeleFutura will be blacked out worldwide and not available for live streaming. All MLS regular season games will be available for on-demand viewing as part of Match Center.
